The Urban Core’s first retail shopping district in over 10 years, The Shops at Blue Parkway in Kansas City, Missouri has revitalized the area by bringing much needed services to the community. This mixed use development anchored by a big box grocery store, individual national chain restaurants, retail storefronts and office space, Greenleaf Construction successfully negotiated the contract to act as the general contractor for the new construction of Building D including providing tenant finish services for a full service salon and spa.
Greenleaf Construction successfully completed this project ahead of the Owner’s original schedule to accommodate new tenants despite commencing construction as winter weather set in. In addition, GCC will begin work on a new tenant finish project for office space at this location scheduled to be completed in 2012.
