This project calls for the renovation of Building 91 including improvement to drainage from low spot near MVAC unit to the street to eliminate ponding, ramp and pad for pull-up generator, demolition of existing walls, repair and pain new and exiting walls, removal and replacement of existing doors and addition to new doors, removal and replace carpet, vinyl tile and rubber cove base, demoltion and replacement of suspended ceiling grid, tiles, vent, new interior and exterior windows, demolition and replacement of plumbng, mechanical, electrical and fire protection.
