The design and construction of this 27,000 SF of training and offi ce space for the 88th Regional Command. The building accommodates, among other things, a mail handling room for the post, an open offi ce area, training rooms, staff break room as well as an Arms Vault and general storage. This LEED Silver compliant facility is fully equipped with electrical, HVAC, plumbing and life safety systems. The site spans approximately 8 acres of land and is also equipped with a 8,900 SF Operational Maintenance Facility, 1,200 SF metal slab on grade UHS building and vehicle wash bay.
