Design and construction of 3 General Instruction Buildings (GIB’s) on separate sites, one covered outdoor mess area and one (3) mile long heavy vehicle drivers training track equipped with (2) Fenced Concrete Hardstands of 186,300 SF and 259,000 SF and lighted areas. Buildings were designed to meet LEED Silver standards.
