In efforts to create thriving and quality based communities to support the highest standard of living for our troops and their families, the US Army Corps of Engineers contracted with Greenleaf Construction to provide full construction services for this whole house remodel project spanning two subdivisions.

Considered a shining example of military housing at its finest, this complete remodel of 60 units in 30 duplex buildings was completed with an aggressive phased approach to support the Grand Opening welcoming the families to their new homes.
